All of us that have had the great priveledge of knowing this man, immediately liked him with his quiet, easy manner and quick sense of humor.

What most of us didnt know was how really special he was. When we held an event for him a few years ago,
to let him know how we appreciated having him around, we  had no idea how much we would miss him. As the weeks and  months passed, it became obvious that a part of us was missing, but we held on tight to the hopes that he would be back. Some of us got the gift of getting to visit with him for a short time, a few weeks back, when he stopped in Joker Spades to say hello.
We are now sadly having to say our final goodbye to Dennis, but he will be with us in memory forever.
Some people leave a lasting impression of love with everyone they touch.

To truly know the person Dennis was, the journal of his last days is posted below. All of us should be so fortunate to know such love and caring in our lifetime.
